APPROVED FOR THE SANDBOX · VERSION 1
Clear commitments. Fair next steps.
These are working-demo rules approved by the product owner. They are not finalized live-marketplace terms.
Proposals and acceptance
Unanswered proposals expire after seven days. No Favour Points move until acceptance. An accepted proposal records the exact scope, deliverables, price, delivery period, requirements. The buyer's full Favour Points amount moves from available to reserved. Work then begins.
Public profiles only
Both the member giving promotion and the member receiving it must select a verified public social profile for the relevant platform. Private Instagram accounts are not allowed. YouTube channels and promotion content must be public; private, unlisted and members-only content cannot be used. Public access is checked manually along with ownership. Keep the account and promotion content public throughout the agreed favour. Report privacy changes from Social profiles or flag a concern for support. A restricted profile cannot be used for new quotes, acceptance or delivery; existing commitments must be resolved through the order’s normal cancellation or dispute flow.
Delivery and completion
The provider submits a description of the completed delivery. The buyer has 72 hours to review, confirm completion, ask for agreed changes or open a dispute. At the end of that window, the system records an in-app reminder. Automatic completion can occur only after at least 24 further hours from that reminder. Active disputes pause release.
The scheduling command must run regularly for reminders and automatic completion. A late scheduler delays release; it never shortens the grace period. External email delivery is not connected in the demo.
Cancellation and missed deadlines
Before delivery, either member can request cancellation. The other member can agree for a full Favour Points refund, or clear the request and continue. A cancellation request does not stop the agreed deadline. If no delivery has been submitted 24 hours after the deadline, the buyer can cancel for a full Favour Points refund.
For delivered work, partial delivery or an active disagreement, use a dispute. Members cannot unilaterally release part of the Favour Points.
Disputes
Points remain reserved. An authorized administrator records a resolution and allocates between zero and the full order amount to the provider; the remainder returns to the buyer. Administrators cannot resolve an order in which they are a party. The decision is audited.
Unresolved launch dependency: support staffing, response deadlines, evidence handling and escalation rules need an operating policy so disputes cannot remain unresolved indefinitely.
Quotes and counter-offers
Listings show suggested point ranges. Both participants can discuss and propose a different amount, scope or delivery time. Only the other participant can accept the latest quote. A newer quote replaces the offer available for acceptance; history remains visible. Quotes and chat do not move points. Acceptance reserves exactly the agreed amount. Negotiations expire seven days after the initial quote, including any counter-offers. Accepted order terms cannot be renegotiated through this thread.
Points and payments
New eligible accounts receive 500 free Favour Points after email verification and approval of an owned public social profile. This welcome bonus is issued once per member and canonical social profile; additional profiles, re-verification or repeated requests do not earn another bonus. Existing accounts and sample demo accounts are not backfilled. No cash withdrawal, speculative trading, unrelated member transfers, expiry or commission are implemented. Refunds described above return reserved platform Favour Points; they are not bank or card refunds.
Real-money point-purchase refunds, chargebacks, taxes and handling of already-spent Favour Points need separate approval and provider integration. Live checkout is not activated; optional purchases in this local preview are simulated.
